When I booked my flight ticket, it showed that I can carry **kgs of baggage. But after paying for ticket. Now the airline says I can only carry ** kgs. I called Makemytrip customer service. But they haven't resolved. I could have booked any other flight for less price but I did book this one for extra baggage. They are just making fool out of us.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
