air asia airlines - Baggage Shell Damaged no compensation given

Hello,
I had travelled from Ranchi to Bangalore in the flight number I* **** yesterday with PNR number : S**LVG on *st November.
After collecting our baggage from the *A belt we noticed there is severe damage to on the shell which we recently bought for ****. When we approached for compensation and complained to the duty manager (Shivam), he asked me to raise a complaint for compensation by writing to Nodal officer
However, after writing to nodal officer, the nodal officer has agreed to pay **** rupees as compensation and also asked our bank details but till now we havent received it. Its been more than ** days there is no reply from Nodal officer.
Henceforth, I am raising this compaint.
