Dear Sir
I had booked my tickets yesterday from Delhi to New York and sanfrancisco to delhi. While booking the ticket nowhere it was mentioned that no check in baggage is available. How can a person travel to to US for ** days without check in baggage. I was shocked when I got my tickets. Then I checked with virgin Atlantic and they said I will have to purchase additional baggage. What kind of service is this. I am extremely disappointed. I have paid *.* lacs and post that I am asked to pay additional for baggage. When I was booking my ticket I selected the flight with fare of Rs *,**,***. I had selected that fare and then it showed me that your fare has been decreased by ***** Rs. Post that I booked my tickets. You can check your logs. Nowhere it is mentioned that the badge is not included. I am not a fool that for Rs ***** I will not take the baggage.
I have been trying to reach you through all your support systems but none of your systems are working. I have attached screen shots for the same. Also attaching my ticket for your reference.
This is completely unethical.
When I again checked the same flight the baggage is included in the flight. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest before I go to consumer court.
