I have bought it on **th may,and it was shipped via Gati courier. Gati's delivery man updated the status himself without calling me. And my order was returned. My order was replaced and again it was shipped via Gati. This time the delivery man called me to go ** km away to pick up this but I told him you should deliver it in my given address. I have complained for this online in Gati's website and the complain no is ********. But Gati's delivery man did not call me neither Gati's customer service solved this complain. Before this I also complained for this delivery man as he returned my order without my consent that time Gati customer service didn't solve this problem.
Now as I'm waiting for almost a month I want this item but Amazon is giving my money back for my two orders as these orders were returned.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
