Urban Clap - Bad service

I took Urbanclap service from mobile app for repairing my ** inch led tvand they provided one service provider **kms far from my place on a rainy day. Handling was too bad from service engineer and took *k next day after delivery. After * months same issue started in tv and asked them to check. No proper response from Urban clap and engineer for last * days to come and check. Really pathetic service.
