Swiggy instamart - Bad quality product leaked damaged and one item was missing in the order

I placed the order worth ₹****/- from swiggy instamart on **st august. I received one leaked and bad condition product and one item was missing. I tried to contact them via chat and emails but they refused to replace or refund. I am feeling looted.
