The bed is structurally weak, it cracks and shakes every time used. The supports planks have come off. Bad material used for the construction of bed. Kindly return and refund still in warranty. Customer service is so bad, they made me (have back pain) lift the mattress and click pictures of broken planks twice, image clarity issue. I think I should hire a professional photographer to satisfy pepperfry's customer care.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
