I had ordered * laptop bags in offer and it's such bad quality where the design patches are seen n thread are coming out. I have been regular customer and never faced this issue. Tried to reach customer care through email but no proper response. I had the picture of the bags too. I need replacement or refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
