Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Warranty Denial & Unfair Charges – Order ID: **********
Dear Lenskart Customer Support,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an issue I faced at your CG Road, Ahmedabad store. I had purchased two frames with lenses from Lenskart on **th March **** under a **-month warranty. Today, *th March ****, I visited the store to replace the lenses under warranty, but to my surprise, the store staff informed me that the replacement is not possible.
This response is completely unacceptable as the warranty period is still valid until April ****. Furthermore, I was shocked when the staff demanded ₹*,*** per frame (₹**,*** total) for the replacement. This is unjustified, considering I had already paid ₹*,*** at the time of purchase.
Additionally, the store staff has been deliberately delaying my complaint, seemingly to push it past the warranty expiration date. This unethical behavior is causing mental harassment and financial distress.
I request Lenskart to:
Honor the warranty and replace the lenses as per policy.
Take strict action against the CG Road store staff for misleading customers.
Ensure that I do not have to pay an unjustified amount for a service covered under warranty.
Failure to resolve this matter at the earliest will leave me with no choice but to escalate this complaint to consumer forums and legal authorities. Kindly provide an immediate resolution.
