Swiggy - Bad Quality Food

Order No: *********** was ordered today (**/**) & *********** on **/**, Ive issues with both the orders., first of all, the food boxes weren’t sealed, the biryani ordered on **th isn’t cooked properly., meat were somewhat half-cooked., masala weren’t mixed well. Another issue with **th order is with Paneer **., too much of masala & salt. Once I raised with the swiggy CS, They were only able to issue a refund of Rs. **., where the order value is ***Rs. As the food weren’t sealed, What kind of quality check swiggy has at their end., if the food is not sealed, can swiggy ensure safety? and I doubt that swiggy delivers half food for full price. Ridiculous isn’t.
