I have purchased Alfredo Pasta from Pizza and grills(nacharam, Hyderabad) on Zomato. On the app the the restaurant is rated * stars. The food was way low than * star, This is not the first time this happened, earlier this month I have ordered ice cream from Natural Ice cream where I got a month old ice cream, which is about to get expired in next * days. I never could reach out to them. I had always had to reach them to through mails, to which they reply after * days.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
