Hello,
Ive been a customer of Airtel since ****.i have a postpaid connection which is so erratic that the internet works as it wishes.even if the *g or *g icon is displayed, it means nothing as the internet does not work and when the internet works, it is so slow.even the airtel app does not even open on the phone itself.Am writing this complaint on a phone having a Reliance Jio connectio which i have no complains about. I pay my bills regularly every month before every due date and its like airtel is looting and cheating me since i should received the services as promised for the money i am paying. This is daylight white collared robbery.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
