ever since I extended my plan I faced a lot of issues as I was getting losses speed issue something around June or July **** I extended my plan and had these issues but after several complaints, they gave excuses about Corona Lockdown even after Unlock the same statement and they said bandwidth is reduced will extending or while have a connection they never mentioned this thing and they give connection to new customers and always giving reason I am fed up as losses are not reduced and speed is also not for what I pay them I face a lot of problems as I stream live.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
