I have received my Realme * on ** October **** and since the unboxing it had the unresponsive fingerprint issue , I opted for replacement policy the next day and it has been nearly ** days and pick up or replacement of my device has happened, I have called the customer service way too many times and they answer that someone will get back to me within ** hrs and usually when I get a call all they say that they will arrange a pick up and it never happens.
I am getting sick of calling the customer service every second day about the status of my replacement and always receive the same answer. This is blatant unprofessionalism from their side and all they say is sorry repeatedly

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
