I have a postpaid connection of Vodafone.You can convert your postpaid connection to prepaid connection after ** days.I want to migrate in Vodafone prepaid after * months.I visit Vodafone Store from last **-** Days.They told me this time backend service is not working.come after *-* days.I visited Vodafone store *-* times.The answer was same.I also complain to a higher authority about this issue but my problem is not solved.I'm also sending complaints tweet to Vodafone twitter handle.but still, my problem is not solved.They do not even tell me a specific date when will my problem is solved.After all this visit and mental harassment, I decided to do MNP to Jio Network.I choose prepaid connection in Jio.so for MNP I clear my all due amount in Vodafone.Jio confirm me as a New customer.All process is done.Now, Vodafone is rejecting my request of MNP.They stated that your porting code is wrong.They are fooling and mentally harass their customer.Now, I'm frustrated with Vodafone.I want justice about bad customer service.
