Colive - Bad customer service and asking more amount

I booked a PG with colive on June *th, **** and moved to the PG on June **, ****. From the moment I stepped into the PG there were problems like bad support and constant threats from the property owner as Colive didn't transfer the full money to the property owner. I somehow managed to stay in the property even under constant depression. Because of these issues, I raised a checkout notice after completing one month to checkout the next month, that is July **, ****. I paid the complete amount for * months in full. They promised to give the room for *,*** with no additional charges. But, I ended up paying more than **** every month.
Now they send me file:///home/jen/Documents/Colive%**Proof.pdf
a legal notice asking me to pay more money (***** as outstanding rent + ***** for legal notice), both of which is unnecessary as I cleared all my dues properly.
