Hi there,
This is a complaint about the paytm payments bank. Someone transferred me an amount of **,***. So I went to the Atm to withdraw that amount from an Atm but due to some problem the cash was not dispensed and the transaction was timeout while I was there but the amount was debited from my account.
Now I filled a complaint to Paytm Payments Bank my mentioning all the things I have faced the paytm complaint number is ********.
Now the bank is saying that the cash was dispensed but the transaction was timed out in front of me. Bank is also saying that we have the Atm logs for the same.
With due respect please help me in this matter because the Cash was not dispensed and I havent got the amount.
Checking the cctv footage will help but as a normal person no one is helping me in this case. and the paytm took about ** days to come to this result
