State Bank of India - Atm transaction failed and amount deducted from account

I withdraw money from atm on dated *nd December **** in Varanasi. My home branch is Lalkuan. I do * transactions *st transaction was successful and *nd transaction fails. Both transaction of Rs ***** each. I made a complaint about it on *th December and ** December. My complain number was **********. My complaint was closed by sbi atm complain department and given details transaction was successful and closed the case on *th Jan ****. I inform them so many time I make * transactions on the same date and same time *st was successful *nd transaction failure and transaction number in my passbook showing ***** for both transactions. I am so disappointed its more than * months and I didn't get my amount of Rs *****.
