Asus India - Asus Rog 5 multiple motherboard failures

Hi I would like to get assistance on the complainant i have against ASUS India on *th June **** i brought Asus rog **gb ***gb from flipkart which cost ***** and it was fine until October *th ****, wifi suddenly got stopped and there was no way to turn that on. Next day itself i visited the service centre they lodged complaint and said its mother board problem and they will replace that , i was very hesitant and angry because a new phone which i spend spend this much needs a motherboard replacement is never expected. It took more than a week to complete the process getting the phone, all the data got erased, work profile personal files , to make again as were took many more days too, now today * Fed **** clearly after * months again wifi issue and after contacting service centre they said motherboard needs to be replaced . Again close to one month i need to submit mobile , all those data will be erased even ***rs screen guard will be removed. I am not all ok with using a mobile which i brought for hard earned huge money of ***** and need to replace motherboard twice in a ear. I am litteraly concerned what id my Warranty is void how i can survive another motherboard replacement. I would like to raise a complaint and sue Asus India for cheating customers like this.
