I have submitted my Asus Rog phone *(which is under warranty)to Asus Service Center on *th of September ****.
Today it's **th of November I still haven't recieved my phone and whenever I'm calling them or mailing them the only reply I got was our management is working on your issue.
I have invested ***** Rs and lots of time chasing Asus.
So I want to take a legal action against the company for the harrasment and fraudulent approach to their customer.
Also I want my refund of ***** which I have invested on my phone.
Im not willing to wait any more as I have already waited for ** days and they were not able to provide me any solution.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
