I have been going to this service center for *
month and they haven't repaired my device
properly. I am going for the same issue again
and again but not service is provided they just returns me my laptop after *-* days with the same issues. I have complaint about this to the service center too but no help was provided they are saying that if the service center says your device is repaired we can't do anything or we can't replace it. I was called for picking up my laptop on * july and when I went their I got the laptop with the same problems and I have video proof of that issues and the service center
is telling me to come again tomorrow to pick
up laptop snd then come again next day too
to pickup my replaced adapter. I have been to
the service center * times and taken * on site
warranty but no help was provided I have all
the issue proofs available and I want my laptop replacement with compensation.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
