i have purchased Asus TUF FX*** Gaming Laptop from Sarthana Croma store Surat, Gujarat.
From the very start i have encountered Blue Screen Issue Because of which the laptop used to Reboot Randomly and I end-up loosing all the work on which you are working on.
i Complained Asus about the same and i Was chilled as i had extended the warranty to * Years. The Onsite warranty Facility was Excellent and the local service center guys are also Great.
BUT, the problem did not resolved, so i raised complaint again..... same results. I have raised complaints more than **-** times if not more and Every time They take my laptop to the service center they FORMET the whole laptop and i have to Back-up and Restore each time...
the service center guys done their best to resolve, Even they have Replaced the Whole Motherboard but, i am still encountering Blue Screen more than * times a day and continuing loosing my work as to Graphics and Coding.(though I'm not claiming any Monitory losses which certainly happened and i have proof because of loosing all that work)
I'm done taking back-up now...i want my laptop to be replaced.
Asus being Huge company They should Understand that if they ARE UNABLE TO RESOLVE PROBLEM.....they should REPLACE THE PRODUCT!
there's no other way out.
