I was trying to place an order at paytm using LAPTOP ** coupon code the payment had a trouble from the end of paytm during which the offer period ended and then suddenly the order failed.
Upon raising this issue to paytm support through my help and twitter they responded to my ticket to place order with existing coupon code and assured to credit the difference *% which sums upto ****INR back post the return period of offer expired.
Trusting them I waited and post a month now till now they havent credited my difference cashback nor would reply to me on this query on social media or nor on the ticket no matter how many times i escalate.
Another great issue is they shipped me a laptop which has its warranty expired upon notifying them they said it would be extended in a month and now they arent replying for it as well.
Kindly if someone know a way to solve this out, please help.
