Rishabh Mittal filed complaint against Uber Cabs on Nov 1, 2023
This is regarding the recent Uber ride booked on *st Nov **** from Belapur to Airoli with a stop pre-marked at Vashi. The driver denied to wait even for one minute at Vashi and very rudely asked me to de-board the cab citing the reason that I was wasting his precious time. He used harsh words that I should not make him wait even a minute while the app itself allows for * minutes. He asked me to leave the cab and I was left mid-way and partially charged. This disturbed me mentally and caused a lot of delay as I had to book another cab mid of the way. I want compensation for this ride and for such a rude behavior.
