I am writing here just to register a complaint about a shoe pair which I bought for myself on ** th May,**** from a store Asics Fits Marketing located in Sec **D, Chandigarh. Before buying this product,I was already using an Asics shoe and I was impressed with the shoe quality and life. Having that experience, I bought the Kiyano ** model, however I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality and life of this shoe this time. Only after * months, it has been worn out from the sides. Please find the attached picture to see the crack. I believe Asics does not make such shoes which only remain for * months. Moreover, you will not believe during covid times, I used these shoes very less time. Still new ones cannot be used now because of the shown cracks on sides.
Could you please help me in resolving my problem? I do not want to lose good experience with asics.
I am pretty sure that you will consider my request and will take appropriate action.
