I have ordered IAS Mains General Studies Paper *-Indian Heritage & Culture, History
& Geography Of The World & Society And IAS Mains General Studies Paper *-
Governance, Constitution, Polity, Social Justice & International Relation
(Exam Pattern Questions With Each Unit Based On Latest Pattern Of Civil
Services)(UPSC BOOK) dated on **th October ****, price- ***, Order No.- . AS I HAVE ORDERED THE * BOOKS IN A COMBO OFFER BUT
WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE THAT I GOT DELIVERED AFTER PAYING THE TOTAL
AMOUNT FOR THE COMBO OFFER BOOK i.e., RUPEES ***, THE PACKAGE ONLY
CONTAINED ONE BOOK i.e., IAS PAPER *. I have requested the Flipkart to either replace or refund i package and have also sent my identification proof for the verification process as per their requirement but no action has been taken by Flipkart from their side. And they have automatically updated that the issue has been resolved in Order's list of my Account.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
