Hello,
I booked APSRTC bus from Ameerpet to Aswaraopet.
APSRTC sends drivers mobile number to the customer before travel. This has been practice since so many years. Recently when I travelled on *th october, I did not receive any such message. When I called APSRTC helpline, they said they are not sending messages with driver mobile number anymore. This is basic . Every bus service sends message with this details.
How can a state run bus service be so reckless about this practice. Also, I asked them bus driver mobile number so that I can call him, they said they don't have driver mobile number. APSRTC doesn't have mobile number of it's driver. I have call recording of APSRC customer care representative ignorantly saying we don't have phone number.
I reached ** mins before bus station but didn't know where the bus was and I missed the bus at ameerpet. I had to book cab for *** and travel to MGBS to catch the bus.
