Hi Team,
This to update you that my Asus laptop refud was canceled wrongly by flipkart CS agent. I'm not getting any help from anyone regarding this matter.
Hope someone will look into it and help me.
- Received not working laptop, confirmed my Asus service engineers.
- Refund was initiated from flipkart on *nd October.
- Pickup was not done, but getting followup calls on regular basis.
- A female executive contacted me on **-Oct ( around **:**) to update me regarding the Pickup.
- Call disconnected by the executive stating unable to hear me ( but I was able to hear her) and she canceled my approved Refund and update as replacement.
Request you to check the previous status and provide my refund as soon as possible.
