Honorable Sir,
We have order a geyser service from UrbenClap on *- June-**** on the issue that it has stopped working. On *-June-**** an executive came and worked on the appliance for which i paid the company **** Rs.
After the executive left the Geyser started leaking and due to water clogging the appliance stopped working.Again raised the complaint regarding the water leaking and not working . The executive came again and told that the gascet & an inlet pipe of the appliance has to be changed and he changed those as well for which I paid an another *** Rs. The next day again water started leaking and again raised the issue with the concern executive . He again visited and told that he don't have the parts to fix the issue and took the new gascet along with him for which i have paid for and left the Geyser completely open and left like that even not showing the courtesy to put the things which he removed in a proper order .
The same issue was raised to the concern company as well . Urban Clap send an another executive but the answer was the same .
When requested for the repair or replacement of the appliance damage caused by urban clap executive they are saying that it is not possible maximum which they can do is to refund the amount paid by me to them that is ****(service charge of **** Rs + parts of *** Rs).
When i initially requested urban clap service the Geyser was not leaking and the reason for not working is because of the salt accumulation, Because of the carelessness of the urban Clap executive I had a loss of an entire Geyser which cost me around **** Rs .
I request you to please look into the issue and help me to get justice .
