Sanskar filed complaint against Apple on Mar 8, 2020
I had purchased an apple watch series * of **mm , bill is also available. But recently the screen of it broke, as it is very delicate despite the hefty cost of watch. And it is still under warranty, I went to apple service center in Vadodara city, and they told me that the screen is non-repairable, so you have to exchange it by paying Rs. *****. So, if it is non-repairable then why aren’t they charging less or providing it free of cost in the warranty period? Despite huge cost of the product, the quality is very cheap, why is this so? What are they charging this heavy for?
