Apple - Apple warranty rejected due to uncorrelated reason

Hope you are good. I am firstly sorry to write an email to you and most likely it won't be read and replied back but I think it will at least give me some peace of mind that I at least did my part as a loyal Apple customer and I do admire all your great work :)

I am a big time apple Loyal customer for long as I can remember and have been using Apple mobile and MacBook. I purchased my mac book back in **** and due to some accident had some dent on the body of my cover.

The laptop has been absolutely great for the last *yrs I have used it and its running in a great way and shape. Recently last month the laptop speaker stopped getting detected. I submitted my laptop to the apple care and they refused to service my laptop saying because of a dent on my cover the warranty is void. I failed to understand how these two issues are related. If because of Dent my speaker would have got damaged then it's understandable however given this dent is *yrs old and recently the speaker issue happened, I still strongly believed that technician just followed a textbook reply and speaker issue should have been covered.

I am raising a claim of INR **K as without my Laptop speaker the Laptop is no good to me.
