Vijay Agarwal filed complaint against Apple on Oct 4, 2020
My Apple MacBook Pro **.*" with Touch Bar, purchased in Nov-****, also added with Applecare Protection Plan (APP) and covered under warrant till Dec-****.
Display started having vertical lines and These lines are growing over time.
Laptop was submitted to Resq Authorised Apple Service Centre in Malad-W, Mumbai ****** on **-Sep-****.
Apple denied the repair/replacement in warranty claiming that display was accidentally damaged. However, there is not even a scratch at either side of display. This is clearly internal malfunction of the hardware which has caused that but Apple wants to get away with their Warranty commitment by false statement of accidental damage.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
