Apple - Apple Iphone 12 not powering on

I would like to inform you that I bought an Apple iPhone ** on October *, ****, from Flipkart's online platform. Until *th Feb, ****, the phone was working properly and in good condition. After charging the phone for ** minutes, I tried to turn it on, but it did not power on, even after trying with another Apple charger.

On *th Feb, I went to the Apple Service Center located at Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. (Address: T-**, Shop No - ***, Floor Plaza, One Horizon Center Golf Course Road, Sector -**, Gurgaon, Haryana, ******) where they conducted several tests, including charging the device for **-** minutes with a known good adapter and cable, but the issue persisted. They also ran HDI and ICC tests, and found that the ICC test failed. The service center informed me that it would cost **K to repair the device. As a customer, I feel disappointed and cheated because I paid over **K for the phone, and it only lasted for one year and four months.

I had a lot of faith in the Apple brand and that's why I purchased the iPhone **, but this incident has left me disappointed. I reached out to the customer service team, including the senior escalation team, but I did not find the conversation helpful. As a customer of Apple, I did not expect this kind of product and service experience.

I am hoping for your help and support in getting my device replaced as it has only been slightly over a year since I purchased it.
