My Zivame account was hacked on **th June, at around **am. The hacker placed an order with my existing Zivame coins, and immediately cancelled the order.
However, the Zivame coins were not refunded to my account which were used.
I filed a complaint with Zivame on **th, and have kept following up but no response from them. They kept saying wait for ** hours each time and that I'll get a call back but I have not. No resolution given and it looks like they just want me to forget about it.
They don't seem to be concerned even though there has been fraudulent activity.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
