i have placed an order on **th June **** and delivered product is damaged so i raised a return request but jio said that you go to product service centre for replacement or return but after complaining so many times jio approved return request and order picked up after *.* months on *th august ****. Now i have complaint again * times But i have not received any refund yet.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
