Sunil Bakshi filed complaint against Zomato on May 14, 2019
I order doughnuts from Mad over Donuts through Zomato. But cancelled the order as when we proceeded for payment the amount increased and I was debited more from my paytm account. As per the cancellation policy of Zomato, I understand that the order can be cancelled within the first few minutes. I checked this with the number flashing on the account too. Now the Zomato is not refunding money after repeated requests.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
