I have ordered food on Mar **, **** from swiggy(Order ID: ***********) of Rs. ***. Unfortunately, the hotel which I have ordered didn't take the order and my transaction got failed and till now my money didn't get refunded. Similarly, on Mar **, ****, I've ordered in swiggy (Order ID: ***********) for Rs.*** and restaurant confirmed by order and swiggy cancelled my order as delivery executive didn't respond and they have cancelled my order and for that too I have not received refund and there is no response from swiggy customer support. Hence I required your help to get back my money.
