I booked air cooler on line in symphony web site and paid rs. ****/- and on **.*.**** the item was delivered.On opening the parcel the water tank was damaged and I raise a complaint in compnay website. on **.*.**** the warehouse personnels came and i. handed over the item
, Till today the amount was not refunded to me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
