Yatra - Amount not refunded

This is regards with the flight booking which was cancelled by airlines (AirAsia PNR J***XP), The Airlines have already initiated the whole amount to agency. I have already requested for the full refund from the Yatra agency. It's been * days i haven't got the payment back neither reply of my email. I had booked the tickets from Yatra.com on *th August ****
