BRIZ GABRIEL filed complaint against Yatra on May 2, 2022
I have booked flight ticket from Cochin to Ahmedabad from YATRA website on March **th **** but due to the website error ticket not booked and the amount (INR *****.**) got debited from my account. I have contacted Yatra customer care and they responded that amount will be refunded in account within * to ** working days. But amount is not credited even after ** days. I have raised complaint to yatra multiple times. Every time they responded back with same reply that the amount will be refunded within *-** working days. Not getting any update other than this. Yatra looted my hard earned money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
