PayTM - Amount not refunded and not able to resolve the query

I ordered the electric kettle from paytm and received damaged kettle. I applied for return and informed the same on customer care number. But without any pickup, they cancelled my request and when I called them they asked me to keep patience. The next day I received the call for pickup I handover the packet to courier person and no receipt was given by him even. I never got any receipt whenever pickup done from other sites also but paytm is fraud they said no pickup has done again and again and I replied the same that pickup has done from my side. I send them that damaged kettle photos even then also they did not resolve my issue. It's already more than * weeks. They have eaten my money and just doing their nonsense talk. Please check the photos of that kettle and kindly resolve.
