Easemytrip - Amount not refunded after cancelation

I had booked a flight from goa to delhi witj PNR no XCK*NA Go air airline through easemytrip. My flight was on *th of June but it got reschedule to **th with rahi during charges of *** extra and after that ii again got reschedule to **th then I cancelled it as the airlines cancelling the flights again and again I demanded for full refund but the airlines is not answering any of my call or emails . Then I mailed to easemytrip but they are also not taking the issue seriously and saying airlines is the decesion maker . So I want my full amount to be refunded and if not full atleast my base should be refunded .
