I have booked my domestic air ticket from air asia on *th feb ****, later when I didn’t get my tickets on email i called air asia customer desk and they said contact your bank because they have not received the amount so from this point i started chasing to bank and after */* days bank confirmed that amount is gone to merchant then again i raise new complaint to airlines they again asked me to wait for * days. Everyday I am hearing new excuses from their team and it’s very frustrating,. Please suggest
