I order an item from Amazon worth Rs **** and paid the amount in prepaid using my Credit card. After my order confirmation, I received a cashback of Rs **** in my amazon pay account before my product gets to deliver. I received a mail that product got damaged and returning to the seller. I didn't get my product now amazon refusing to refund my money or send my ordered products once again, they asked I get my money in cashback. My question is I received cashback against my order and I paid already for the product. Neither I received the product nor the money back. Please help me.
