I ordered food in ZOMATO few minutes later I got a call that they couldn’t deliver my food and that amount will be refunded in ** days but it was almost a month I got no message of credit and when I checked the app there was a message that amount was credited. When I had a chat with the team (attached all the screenshot of the conversation) they changed the RRN number, I didn’t get any information about that and as the chat went on they didn’t give a proper evidence based information but rather kept on telling it was refunded and from the bank sode the stated that there is no regund credited to my account. Following that day I sent a complaint to the ZOMATO support team (Name was Deepti Nautiyal) same kind of conversation happened and no evidence was submitted from their side. I need a proper action taken against them. What if this happens to a poor background family (being a middle class person financially) how can they go so far to get their money??? Hereby attaching all the evidences hoping some action would be taken
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
