Airtel - Amount no credit in Airtel payment bank wallet

Dear sir/Madam,
I have added INR **** k to my Airtel payment bank wallet on date **/**/** but while processing of tr. time out remarks came and amount debited from my account even not credited to payment bank wallet at the time but after one day when I checked my balance found balance showing in Airtel main balance rather then Airtel payment bank wallet so we given complaint to Airtel customer service,on call,by written mail and on Twitter but they have told me you done done recharge it will not refund to wallet .So requested to you look the matter and help me how to and where file complaint against Airtel because they have rob my money.
