We have booked Shakuntala farm stay via agoda for **-**th of January. Our money has been debited but when we call to respective villa they said we are already booked for these date and we have deactivated our agoda account. Then we have cancelled the booking but haven’t got any cancellation confirmation as well as our refund
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
