I had ordered a Samsung On Next Cell phone from Flipkart on **/**/**** using debit card.Therefore the amount(Rs.****.**) is been detucted from account but the order was not been placed. screen shot of the message is being attached.
On **/**/**** when I had called C.C I was being told that my amount will be deposited to my account in next * working days(I even have a recording of that phone call). And when I called C.C back on **/**/****.I was told that my amount is not been received by the seller and told me to contact bank.I visited bank twice and I have a statement summary which states that the amount Rs: *,***.** is been deposit to your seller account.
On **/**/**** I had register a complaint against you at Consumer affairs .There I was been advised to send you a mail regarding complaint & wait for company response. I had mailed you at your Email to which I did not received any satisfying reply from your side. On **/**/**** I called back consumer affairs and updated my complaint status to which I was adviced to forward my complaint to head office by speed post and provided me the address .

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
