On August *st I checked in to the Northern suites and checked out on *rd of August ****,
As it was corporate booking they maid me to pay some amount before checking in to the hotel and I paid Rs.**** /-through the my debit card.I stayed for * days it cost me around ****, I called to the customer care to know the status of remaining balance, I had given my bank details got confirmation that my amount will be credited back withing the *-** days of working days. I called many time to the oyo customer care , every time different people reply by saying that your escalation has not initiated and they request me to wait for again *-** working days today is **th September, i escalated this issue *-* time i have all mail communication about the *-* confirmation still Iam waiting. these oyo service providers are not cooperative with the customer and they are not ready to tell me the exact date on which I'll get my money back. Please escalate this issue and get my money back
