IRCTC - Amount got deducted from bank account but flight not booked nor I get refund from IRCTC since last 1

I am writing to bring to your attention a recent issue I encountered while trying to book a flight ticket through the IRCTC platform. On **/**/****, I attempted to make a flight booking using my SBI account, but unfortunately, the transaction did not go as expected.

Despite the amount being deducted from my SBI account, the flight ticket was not booked, and I did not receive any confirmation or e-ticket for the reservation from the IRCTC. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, as I had planned my travel based on this booking. Now I don't need to book the ticket but i need mu refund. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
